To keep our pumps & motors in top gear we have installed latest modern in house Facility to manufacture & test, Oswal Power - Polly Wrapped Sub Winding And PVC Insulated Flate Cables.

Our exciting production capacity of - 25000 KM/PA poly wrapper Wire and 2000 KM/PM per PVC Insulated flat cables.

Manufacturing Process :


ETP grade, drawn, anneled, round bright copper conductor with 99.99% purity as per ASTM standareds are used conductor in our poly wrapped winding wire as well as PVC Insulated flat cables.

Oswal winding wires are manufactured with required dia meter of copper conductor as per the wire size and uniformly wrapped with electrical grade polyester and BOPP films, and fused at 140 degree centigrade then tested as per IS - 8783, part - IV section 3.

Oswal PVC flat cables are manufactured by extrusion process with multi strand copper conductos and tested as per IS 694.

To feed our submersible winding wire and PVC cable manufacturing facility, we have installed a set of semi automatic wire Drawing plant with one annealing furnace. we are using 99.999% pure certified copper from M/s. Sterllite / Hindustan copper for our winding wire and PVC cables.

We have well equipped testing lab as per IS 8783 part -iv sec 3 1995 and IS 694 for winding wires and PVC cable as mentioned below.

Special Features :-

1. Easy of Winding:- Our Winding Wires have lesser OD than conventional PVC Winding Wire hence it has less winding resistance and easy to wind.
 
2. Die Electric Strength:- The multiple layer of insulation, preventing the passage of electricity ensure high die electric quality of insulation and place the insulation concentrically around the conductors.
 
3. Leakage Current:- Our winding have constant and many times higher insulation resistance even at boiling poin of water and the current leakages almost NIL
 
4. Tear Resistance:- Our Winding Wires structure construction of insulation baixial oriented there for less chances of tear.
 
5. High Tensile Strength:- The insulation adds significantly to the tensile strength as it supports the wire at each point where excessuve streching occurs.
