of 2400 MT/PA to produce all types of electrical stamping
which are specially designed & developed to suit
our Oswal brand products.

Our electrical stamping made from processed electrical steel
of cold rolled non grain oriented (CRNGO) & Semi processed.
CRN Grade which are then under went Hi-Perm Process. |

We have Series of pneumatic press from 60 Tonne to 120 tonne
capacity to work our progressive dies and mechanical presses
of capacity 30 to 75 tonne for small batch production of
specially designed motor stampings. In additian we have
one number inductian brazing M/C for rotor Brazing. |

Tool Room:-
We are having well established tool room including heat
treatment facility(Hi-perm) for our electrical semi processed
materials manufacturing and maintaining tools & dies
at our in house tool room is not only economical but also
advantage for day to day developments with out any loss
of time.
In addition we have well equipped CAD facilitied with most
modern CNC machine shop. |
